Bank of Entitlement Credit Card Cardmember Agreement
This Cardmember Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Cardmember (“Cardholder”) and Bank of Entitlement (“Issuer”). By using or activating the Bank of Entitlement Credit Card (“Card”), the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1. Card Usage: The Card is issued to the Cardholder for personal use only. It is non-transferable, and the Cardholder agrees not to authorize others to use their Card.
2. Interest and Payments:
a. 0% Interest: The Cardholder will enjoy a 0% interest rate on all transactions.
b. No Payments: No monthly payments are required during the specified promotional period of eternity.
3. Cashback and Discounts:
a. 100% Cashback: The Cardholder is eligible to receive 100% cashback on qualifying purchases.
b. Global Discounts: Exclusive discounts are available at all participating Bank of Entitlement merchants worldwide.
4. Card Delivery: The physical Card will be delivered to the Cardholder’s registered address. The Cardholder agrees to keep the Card secure and promptly report any loss or theft.
5. Liability: The Cardholder is not liable for any transactions made with the Card, whether authorized or not, whether or not the Card is reported lost or stolen.
6. Fees: No annual fees or foreign transaction fees are associated with the Card. The Cardholder will not be charged any additional fees unless explicitly disclosed in writing. The exceptions are the card issuance fee (purchase price) and replacement of the same if necessary.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, the Cardholder is responsible for paying any outstanding balances directly to their personal piggy bank.
8. Amendments: The Issuer reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement with prior notice to the Cardholder. Continued use of the Card constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Earth.
10. Contact Information: The Cardholder agrees to provide accurate contact information and promptly notify the Issuer of any changes.
By using the Bank of Entitlement Credit Card, the Cardholder acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
